I will guide you through combining simple ingredients to create your very own bread.

Sophie will teach a slow flow yoga session suitable for all levels.

Sophie (The Flying Fit Foodie) is a yoga and fitness instructor and runs the Sun & Salt Escapes.

What to expect:
An enjoyable, relaxed, and informative day of hands on baking and yoga surrounded by like minded people. Suitable for all abilities.

You will go home feeling refreshed and with a loaf of your very own bread.

9.30am – Coffee and chat

10.30 - 11.30 Yoga

1.30 Lunch

2.30 Finish
