A restorative mix of baking and yoga - a perfect combination!

We will tailor make this workshop to your group.

Kate will teach the bread making and Sophie will teach a slow flow yoga session suitable for all levels.

Sophie (The Flying Fit Foodie) is a yoga and fitness instructor and runs the Sun & Salt Escapes.

What to expect:
An enjoyable, relaxed, and informative day of hands on baking and yoga surrounded by like minded people. Suitable for all abilities.

You will go home feeling refreshed and with a supply of cinnamon buns.

Make your own cinnamon buns/loaf

10.30 - 11.30 Yoga

1pm Finish

Cinnamon Buns or a loaf and Yoga - Half day £55 per person includes coffee and cinnamon buns

We can make this a full day experience and the cost will vary accordingly.
