A restorative mix of baking and yoga - a perfect combination!
In February we will make (and of course, sample!) cinnamon buns which you will take home. This is a shorter session not including lunch.
Sophie will teach a slow flow yoga session suitable for all levels.
Sophie (The Flying Fit Foodie) is a yoga and fitness instructor and runs the Sun & Salt Escapes.

What to expect:
An enjoyable, relaxed, and informative day of hands on baking and yoga surrounded by like minded people. Suitable for all abilities.
You will go home feeling refreshed and with a supply of cinnamon buns.

10.30 - 11.30 Yoga
