Bread Making and Yoga
Start the New Year with a relaxing day of yoga and bread making in January.
In February, we will making cinnamon buns in a morning session with coffee and buns to sample as well as to take home.
I will guide you through combining simple ingredients to make your very own bread (January) and cinnamon buns (February)
Sophie will be teaching a slow flow yoga suitable for all levels.

Bagels and Buns
Brunch will never be the same once you have mastered baking your own bagels and cinnamon knots, for a savoury and sweet option.
You will make two yeasted doughs, learning to knead and shape into the iconic bagel shape and elaborate twisted cinnamon bun.
