Introduction to Bread

Join me for a bread making workshop and spend the day learning the magic of combining yeast, flour, water and salt to create your very own bread.

In this hands-on practical baking making course in a small group setting, we will explore basic bread making using a basic white dough to make rolls/loaves adding fruit and sugar to an enriched dough to create sweet treats such as Chelsea buns.

All ingredients, aprons and equipment
Second Breakfast
Light Lunch 
Refreshments throughout the day
Paper bags to take your bread home (feel free to bring your own bags travelling far)

What to expect:
An enjoyable, relaxed, and informative day of hands on baking, surrounded by people who love food and good company. Everyone is welcome – from complete beginners to who regular bakers who are keen to expand their skills. 

Timetable:
9.30am – Coffee and a chat about your baking experience & what you want out of the day
11.30am – Second Breakfast
2.30pm – Lunch 
3.30 – 4.30pm Finish

(Timings are approximate - very much depending on the group) 


Cost from £75 per person for a group of 4 bakers
