Cancellation Policy

As a small, independent business, each workshop runs with very limited spaces. Once booked, your place is secured exclusively for you, and preparation begins well in advance including ingredients, materials, and scheduling.

For this reason, full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable unless I am able to rebook your space.

If you need to cancel:

  • More than 14 days’ notice: I’ll do my best to fill your space. If successful, you may transfer your booking to another date or receive a refund (minus a £10 admin fee).

  • Less than 14 days’ notice: Your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it’s very unlikely the space can be filled at short notice.

  • No-shows on the day will forfeit the full workshop fee.

Gift vouchers follow the same cancellation terms.

Please note that in the unlikely event I need to cancel or postpone a workshop, you’ll be offered a choice of a full refund or transfer to a future date.
