Sourdough Workshop

This workshop walks you through the stages of baking sourdough so you can have go at baking the Tartine-style country loaf and have a go at semi-sourdough using a combination of wild yeasts and (more predictable and reliable) shop bought yeast. This is a hands on course, and you will be taking home delicious bread, your own sourdough starter along with the recipes and handouts.

Paper bags to take your bread home (feel free to bring your own bags travelling far)

What to expect:
An enjoyable, relaxed, and informative day of hands on baking, surrounded by people who love food and good company. Everyone is welcome – from complete beginners to who regular bakers who are keen to expand their skills. 

Timetable:
9.00 am – Coffee and a chat about your baking experience & what you want out of the day
11.30am – Second Breakfast
2.30pm – Lunch 
3.30 – 4.30pm Finish
